Member Service Specialist

Position Description:
The Member Service Specialist is a vital member of the Member Services team and the first point of contact for our members. The applicant must be a team player with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Job Duties Include:
• Receives and prepares service orders, service transfers, meter changes, connects, and disconnects.
• Receives and answers member inquiries and concerns relating to billing and off-peak programs.
• Processes service applications, billing, and collection of deposits.
• Sets up and reviews reports related to metered services for billing purposes.
Qualifications:
An associate's degree in Business Administration or a related major is required. Closely related and progressive job experience may substitute for a portion of the educational requirements. One to two years of customer service experience is required.
