Ingredients
1 lb. White American cheese cubed
1 c. Half and half
1/4 c. Salsa verde
Optional garnishes:
1 c. Pico de gallo
Preparation
Place the cheese, salsa verde and half and half in a pan over med. heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Serve immediately, top with pico de gallo. Enjoy with chips.
